My husband and I recently purchased a new house. Star did the inspection. She spent her time going over the house thoroughly. Everything she found was documented in her final report. The final report was clear and concise. Star explained everything to us. We made the right decision in selecting Star to do our home inspection. ( It should be noted that the first house we wanted to buy did NOT pass Star's expert inspection. Thanks to Star we did not buy that house.)

   Not having bought many homes, I was very Leary about choosing a home inspectior on line. No one we knew could recommend one. From the beginning with confirming our appointment on line, as well as a follow up phone call, Starlet Ray exudes knowledge as well as professionalism. Starlet did such an extensive inspection, taking pictures as well as written documentation, that I am confident our new home will be safe for my family and I. Even though the estimated time for the inspection had run more than an hour over, Starlet was very patient answering all our questions that had nothing to do with the inspection. From her personal knowledge ( alarm systems), to general construction knowledge, she patiently explained things until we understood them.
